We want you to wear your Posie® or Poser®. If there is an issue when it arrives, if it's the wrong size, or just doesn't fit your body, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it.
Posie®s and Poser®s are like baby ducks, imprinting on you. And also, like a new pair of shoes. With wear, they mold and stretch to the shape of your body. The longer you wear one, the more it's like it's been made just for you. Generally, like clothes and shoes, to return it, it must be returned in new condition, unwashed and unworn. However, if you can't get it to fit you, please reach out.
For orders between Black Friday and Christmas Day, please get in touch by January 14 of the new year. (For example, for orders between November 28 and December 25 2025, the return window is extended until January 14, 2026).
Return shipping will cost approximately $4.95 from within the U.S. and will be deducted from your refund upon receipt and inspection of the item.
